Though Canadian fruit juice and snack brand SunRype had strong presence in the shelf stable, it struggled to stand out in the cluttered chilled juice section where brands like Tropicana, Minute Maid and Simply Orange dominated. Against these competitors, SunRype’s strategy was to create a new line of premium juices with a clean, nature-inspired design.

As hoped, ANTHEM’s strategy and ownable packaging design helped propel SunRype to premium status in the refrigerated category. Through bold, simplified artwork and lots of white space, SunRype was able to communicate a variety of product benefits while still maintaining a beautifully clean design. The large, prominent logo leverages brand equity, while the “fresh-from-the-orchard” story elevates appetite appeal and overall quality perception. The new look is bright, friendly and true to the SunRype brand.
